Terms and Conditions hbo9:
Official Guide for All Members

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering and using the hbo9 platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a member and hbo9 as the service provider.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use the services available on the hbo9 platform. Continued use of the service after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the hbo9 platform. Registering duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different identities, is a serious violation and will result in the freezing of all associated accounts along with their balances.

• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Hbo9 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by member negligence.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to any other party under any circumstances.

Identity verification (KYC) will be required upon your first withdrawal or when the system detects activity that needs confirmation. Verification is conducted for your security and to ensure funds reach the rightful account owner.

3 Age Limit & Member Eligibility

Hbo9 services are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. hbo9 reserves the right to request valid proof of age documentation at any time.

In addition to the age requirement, you also confirm that the use of online betting services is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the legality of using this platform in accordance with local regulations.

• Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be immediately closed.
• Any remaining balance in the account will be held in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
• hbo9 is committed to supporting child protection programs against gambling.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Hbo9 accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Indonesia, including local bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri), digital wallets, and QRIS. All deposit transactions are processed through a secure, fully encrypted integrated system.

• Minimum deposit requirements apply as stated on the platform's cashier page.
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name — the use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Hbo9 does not charge any additional fees on deposit transactions; transfer fees (if any) are the member's responsibility.
• If a deposit does not arrive within the normal timeframe, please keep your transfer receipt and contact our customer support.

All incoming currencies will be converted and credited to the account balance in Rupiah (IDR). hbo9 is not responsible for any exchange rate differences that may occur in cross-currency transactions.

5 Withdrawal

Members who have completed account verification requirements are entitled to withdraw funds at any time. hbo9 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible — typically within minutes, and no longer than a few business hours, depending on the chosen payment method.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the member's own name.
• Bonus balance that has not met the turnover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fulfilled.
• Hbo9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
• Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit will be scheduled for the next processing queue.
• Withdrawal requests deemed suspicious will be subject to further review by our security team.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses offered by hbo9 — including welcome bonuses, daily deposit bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses — are subject to established wagering (turnover) requirements. These requirements are designed fairly so that bonuses continue to provide real value for members.

• Every promotion has a validity period that cannot be extended.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated on the promotions page.
• Using more than one account to exploit bonuses is considered abuse and will be subject to penalties.
• Hbo9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if any unusual or manipulative activity is detected.
• Questions regarding bonus terms can be directed to our Customer Support team, available 24 hours a day.

Hbo9 regularly offers exclusive promotions, high-prize tournaments, and rewarding loyalty programs. Check our promotions page for the latest offers.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the hbo9 platform use a certified and independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system. This ensures that every game outcome is random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including the operator.

• Specific terms for each game type (Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting) apply in accordance with the respective game provider's rules.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, hbo9 will perform reconciliation based on valid server records.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Odds and winning probabilities are displayed transparently before you place a bet.

8 Prohibitions & Sanctions

To maintain platform integrity and the comfort of all members, hbo9 strictly prohibits the following activities. Violations will be handled in accordance with applicable terms.

• Use of bots or automated software to play or exploit the system.
• Player collusion in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Bonus arbitrage or exploitation of promotional system loopholes.
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal activities.
• Harassment or threats against staff or fellow members.
• Game result manipulation in any unauthorized manner.

Sanctions that may be imposed include written warnings, temporary suspension, balance freezing, and permanent account closure. hbo9's decisions in such matters are final following an internal investigation process.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Hbo9 takes your personal data very seriously. All information collected during registration and use of our services is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

For complete information on how we collect, store, and process your data, please read the Privacy Policy ours. That policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

10 Responsible Gaming

Hbo9 is fully committed to responsible gaming principles. We provide a range of tools to help you control your gaming activity, including daily/weekly deposit limits, session time limits, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options.

• If you feel that your gaming activity is starting to affect your daily life, use our self-exclusion feature right away.
• Only play with funds you can afford to lose — never bet with money intended for essential needs.
• Further assistance is available through the Responsible Gaming ours.

11 Account Closure

You may close your hbo9 account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Before the closure is processed, ensure all active balances have been withdrawn and no bets are still in progress.

• Hbo9 reserves the right to unilaterally close an account if a violation of these terms is confirmed.
• Accounts closed due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any bonus balance that has not met the applicable requirements.
• Any remaining real money balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded after verification is complete.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Hbo9 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material changes that significantly affect members, we will notify you via a platform notification or registered email.

The latest version of the Terms and Conditions is always accessible on this page. The last updated date is shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes full acceptance of the changes.

If you have any questions regarding these terms, our Customer Support team is available 24 hours a day via live chat on the hbo9 platform.
